Instructions
Usage
· Mix 2 scoops (5 g) in 8 fl. oz. of cold or warm water or liquid of your choice and consume after preparation
· Enjoy once a day at any time of day
· Those going through a “loading phase” may take high doses of up to 20 g of creatine per day for five to seven days before moving on to a lower daily dosage
