Recommended Use
INSTRUCTIONS: blend for 1 minute the shake of your choice with 240 ml of milk or water. Then add ice to taste, 6 grams of Xtra Shake walnut flavor and blend until you obtain the desired consistency. Recommended use: take 1 to 3 times daily. Do not exceed the daily portion indicated.
