Recommended Use

INSTRUCTIONS: blend for 1 minute your preferred shake with 240 ml of milk or water. Then add ice to taste, 6 grams of Xtra Shake and blend until you achieve the desired consistency. Recommended use: take 1 to 3 times a day Do not exceed the indicated daily portion
