Usage

• Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix and Protein Drink Mix
• Gently shake canisters prior to each use as contents may settle
• Blend or stir 2 scoops (one serving) of Protein Drink Mix to and 2 scoops (25 g) of Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix and blend or with 8 fl. oz. of water

Herbal Tea Concentrate

• Mix a little more than ½ teaspoon (1.7 g) to 6 to 8 fl. oz. of hot or cold water

Herbal Aloe Concentrate

• Shake well before use
• Mix approximately 3 partial capfuls (½ fl. oz.) with 4–8 fl. oz. of water or prepared tea
• For optimal taste experience, we recommend to refrigerate after opening
