Usage

• Shake canister prior to use as contents may settle
• Mix 1 scoop (3 g) with 240 ml of water, or add to Herbal Aloe Concentrate, Herbal Tea Concentrate, or Relaxation Tea
• Can be enjoyed hot or cold
• For best results, mix continuously until the contents have dissolved
