Take midmorning or midafternoon to help you meet your daily protein requirements. This versatile vanilla flavoured product can be consumed in two delicious ways:

Prepare it as a tasty, kilojoule controlled high protein snack. Mix 2 scoops (28g) into 250 ml of water OR add it to your favourite Formula 1 Shake for an indulgent, rich, creamy drink. Add one scoop(14g) of Protein Drink Mix along with two scoops of your favourite F1 Shake*

Protein Drink Mix is a great way to help you reach your daily protein intake. Protein is known as the building block of life. Our body cannot store protein; neither can it be produced internally, so it’s vital we get enough protein each day. It’s essential for the proper functioning of cells and for the growth and repair of tissues.

How much protein do I need?

Herbalife recommends that active individuals consume about 12 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. For example, a male weighing 70 kg will need between 70 - 140g of protein, whereas a female weighing 45 kg will need between 45 - 90g of protein each day.

* Protein Drink Mix is not classed as a meal replacement when made with Formula 1 shake as directed.

This product is intended to use as part of an energy restricted diet and with other food stuff, in conjunction with regular physical activity.
