Instructions

For Weight Loss: Gently shake canister a few times before opening. Blend or stir 2 scoops (25 grams) of Formula 1 with 250 millitres (~8 fluid ounces) of 1% partially skimmed milk or enriched soy milk and enjoy!  Replace two meals daily with a Formula 1 shake and eat one nutritious meal. To be consumed only as directed in the Meal Replacement Weight Management Program guide provided with this product.

For Weight Maintenance/General Well-Being: Gently shake canister a few times before opening. Blend or stir 2 scoops (25 grams) of Formula 1 with 375 millitres (12 fluid ounces) of 1% partially skimmed milk or enriched soy milk and enjoy! Replace only one meal daily with a Formula 1 shake and eat two nutritious meals.
