Products will increase by 6% (Retail Price & MRP) ·

Earn Base and Retail Price of all Inner & Outer Nutrition products will increase

by 6%.

There will be no price increase on Herbalifeline, Herbal Tea Concentrate, Xtra

Cal, Radiant Face Quencher, International Business Pack, Art of Promotion

Material and Literatures.

Action Plan Checklist

Saturday 14th April, 2012 will be the last day for Herbalife India to process orders for the

products applicable with Price Increase with existing Prices.

Walk-in orders can be placed from 10am to 2pm at all Distribution Centers.

Phone orders should be placed and paid for by the end of the working day, (2:00PM India

time) on Saturday, 14th April, 2012.

Fax & Email orders must be received by 2:00PM (India time) on Saturday, April 14, 2012 and

include full payment.

Mailed orders including appropriate payment must be received by Herbalife no later than

2:00PM India time on 14th of April, 2012.

Distributors are responsible for making arrangements to ensure that payment is received by

end of the working day 2:00PM India time on Saturday April 14, 2012 and that ADEQUATE

CREDIT IS AVAILABLE to ensure approval of any credit card purchases.

IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME, THE ORDER

WILL BE PROCESSED WITH NEW PRICES!
