Now that social media has such a firm grasp on pop culture, health and fitness content has blossomed into its own fitspirational category, especially on Instagram.

Personal trainers, health coaches, and nutritionists are using the photo-sharing app to share their healthy living content with the masses, creating virtual communities of people looking to stay motivated, and some of the most popular influencers in this space just so happen to be Latina.  Read on to discover the gurus you need to follow, stat, and then get pumped up with our energizing workout playlist.

 

1. Massy Arias

Dominican-born Massy (aka MankoFit) is one of the most chiseled health coaches you'll find on social media.  You may recognize her from Latina magazine's May '16 cover or her multiple TV appearances, but this rising fitness star and MA30DAY creator has super relatable, shareable, and accessible fitspiration right on her Instagram.

 

2. Michelle Lewin

Michelle is a self-described "fitness diva, cover model, and role model" from Venezuela with millions of followers on social media.  The strong AF beauty, who is currently based out of South Florida, shares a gorgeous mix of in-the-gym content, her professional spreads, and style snaps on her page, which will give you all kinds of healthy living motivation.

 

3. Idalis Velazquez

Idalis is a Puerto Rican personal trainer with over 40K followers on Instagram.  The viral fitness guru, who recently shared her go-to workout playlist and easy Summer workout with us, partnered with Unilever on the empowering #100PorCientoTu campaign to further spread her healthy message.

 

4. Isabella Russo
