Fit's Tip: Go for the smallest size to reduce calorie and sugar intake. Or go the step further and get an extra cup and split a small with a friend. Also, the light drinks are much lower in calories but they contain a whole lot of unnatural stuff I can not pronounce to make the Lower Calorie Dairy Base, so if you're looking for something natural, this would not be the way to go.
