After sticking to your clean-eating diet all week, it's time for a cheat meal!  You've successfully dodged your grandma's lasagna, and even that fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies mocking you in the break room was no match for your will power.  Not only do you need this cheat meal, but you deserve it!  Well, that all sounds good in theory, but it's a little more complicated than that.  Avid healthy eaters know that cheat meals are essential to blast your metabolism in order to keep that year-round beach bod in check.  But the real challenge is to avoid turning that cheat meal into a cheat day.  Buckle up (but make sure that your belt is loose), because it's the moment you've been waiting for!

 

1. When there is zero chance of containing your excitement.

Whether you've been Googling pictures of pizza or adding to your Pinterest board solely dedicated to cheeseburgers, Cheat Meal Day is basically your Christmas.

 

2. When your eyes are bigger than your stomach.
