50 Cent Describes His First Attempt at Yoga

If you've ever sat cluelessly in the back of a workout class and looked around to see yourself surrounded by world-class acrobats, 50 Cent's first hot yoga experience will make you feel a little bit better.  The rapper-turned-actor recently sat down with Harry Connick Jr., where he hilariously talked about how difficult his first yoga class was.  "You know, you go to yoga, I thought I was going to stretch in a sauna," he told Harry.  "Just stretch, have a good time."

But the class took a very difficult turn and 50 was not ready for it.  "It started out good and then the lady started going faster and faster," he said.  The rapper is an avid weight trainer and fitness guru, but it was the contorting of his body and the fast movements that had 50 drenched in sweat.  He said, "You see these hot girls going in with the yoga mat, you like, 'I could do that, whatever they doing in there ... No, you can't.'"

50 Cent previously joked on Instagram about a hot yoga class, writing, "This is how I felt doing yoga after weight training.
