When I started by career as a Wellness Coach I was already working full time in a job doing 60-80 hours per week, I was rennovating my house &, as a single mum, was raising my then 4 year old son. I would get home from work at 6.45, get my son fed, bathed & into bed and would fall asleep on the couch around 8pm. Within 2 days of starting on our programme I found myself up at midnight doing the vacumming (I promise you I DON'T like vacumming that much - I just had so much energy I didn't know what else to do at that time of night). 4 days onto the programme I got up to go to work, put my skirt on and it litterally slipped over my hips and fell off. After I stopped blaiming the dry cleaners for stretching my skirt, I ended up wearing a skirt from the wardrobe in the spare room that I hadn't worn in nearly 10 years - it was 2 sizes smaller than the one I had worn the day before. Over the next 2 months I went on to lose 12 kg and I have now kept that off EASILY for over 6 years and I have more energy than I know what to do with every single day.
