Week 7 and I have lost another .8kg and 9cm of Body Fat.
Total to date is 6.7kg and 59cm of Body Fat.
I am Loving every minute of this journey I am on.

Another 1.2 kg and 3.5cm of Body fat lost this week.
Total so far 5.9kg and a whopping 50cm of Body Fat.
The changes my body keeps making are amazing me.
I am fitting into clothes that I have brought and never been able to wear until now.
I have gone down 2 sizes in clothes and loving it. One of the best parts for me is that my underwear no longer feels like it is suffocating me but i actually find myself pulling them up constantly because they are to big.
Weigh-in day is super exciting for me because I can't wait to see each week how much more weight and cm's of Body fat have gone forever.

Week 5 and I have lost another 1.2kg and 3cm of Body fat.
Total to date is 4.9kg and 46.5cm of Body Fat.
I can't believe how amazing I feel.
I am Having 2 shakes a day plus 2 snacks a day and a Healthy homemade meal.
I no longer crave soda or sugary foods and find it Extremely easy to say no when they are offered to me. That is HUGE for me as I have (I guess I should say HAD) a Major sugar tooth.
I am already draming about all the wonderful clothes I will be able to wear very soon.

Week 4 and I have lost another half a kg and 5cm of body fat.
Total weight loss to date is 4kg and 43.5cm of body fat.
Every day my body feels different am i am loving that.
I have more and more energy everyday.

In my first 3wks on the products I have lost 3.5kg and 38.5cm of body fat and I feel fantastic. I am already noticing a difference in the way my body feels and how my clothes fit. I have more energy during the day and am sleeping better at night.
The shakes taste fabulous and I wake up each more and can't wait for my yummy shake.
