You replace two meals a day with a healthy and tasty shake, two healthy snacks mid morning and mid afternoon, your tablets 3 times a day and one healthy colourful meal. You can have different flavoured shakes so you don't bored of the same taste, you can try different recipes which makes it that much more exciting. My favourite is a vanilla shake with one pear, a touch of cinnamon and 4-5 ice-cubes. Delicious!
