Quali sono le quantità ideali per ogni pasto? - What is the ideal amount for each meal?

I nostri nonni dicevano che bisogna fare una colazione da re, un pranzo da principi e una cena da poveri: la saggezza in questo sta nel fatto che il corpo consuma le riserve di vitamine, minerali, e proteine durante tutta la notte per rigenerarsi e riparare le cellule del corpo, svegliandosi con le cellule che sono stanche, affamate, piene di tossine e asciutte, quindi è bene avere tutti i nutrienti necessari a colazione, dopo il digiuno notturno, e bere liquidi per reidratare il corpo e disintossicarlo dagli scarti delle cellule, averne abbastanza a pranzo per affrtontare il resto della giornata e non esagerare con la cena per mantenersi leggeri e poter dormire bene invece di faticare a dormire a causa di una cena pesante.

Per iniziare la giornata con una colazione da re ma senza esagerare con le calorie prova la Colazione Equilibrata.
