My name is Joe and I am a personal trainer and personal wellness coach for Herbal Life Weight Loss Challenge. My success story began when I was a fed up of my unhealthy lifestyle. I was a heavy drinker and smoker and rarley worked out. My diet consisted of large amount of carbs and rice because Im Filipino and that is part of our culture. About 10 years ago I had a teribble car accident and injured my back and was unable to work out and train martial arts and turned to drinking and smoking.
