I started using the Herbalife products in 2007 as a means to improve my overall health.  The nutrition plan I adopted in 2007 was focused on strengthening my heart due to having open heart surgery in April 2005. 

My doctor was concerned with my nutritional intake at the time and advised that if I didn't improve my meal plans that I would need further surgery.  I struggled for 2 years to find a way to balance my daily nutrition to ensure my heart received the best chance possible. 

It was by chance that I found the Herbalife products and I am grateful every day that I did.  Since using the products my doctor has never been happier.  My heart now beats at a normal rhythm where in the past it skipped beats.

Now I have ensured a healthy heart, my next health goal is to lose some weight.  I have tweaked my nutrition plan to help my body burn more fat and build healthy muscle so I can successfully lose 15kg...a task I struggled to do in the past given the medication I have to take.  I started on my Herbalife weight loss program before Christmas 2011 and in just 3 weeks I have lost 18.5cm and 2kg of body fat.  My shape has changed so much in just this short amount of time.

 The Cellular Nutrition component of the Herbalife products is what makes the difference. What I have learnt is that when you give your body the nutrition it needs at the cellular level and on a daily basis, it literally heals itself.  I love Herbalife.
