Choosing the diet which is right for you

Firsty I am using the word diet here in the sense that it is your diet - it is what you eat. You are not on a 'diet' they are not fun and they are not maintainable! Look at any diet you have ever been on, or friends who have said they are on a diet, chances are they piled the pounds straight back on and maybe then some more, after feeling so deprived of food.

The best diet is the one that works best with your lifestyle, your budget, your food preferences and how much effort you’re willing to give. As even the best of us will break if deprived of something we love!
